Tried light painting with SJ in the middle of the night...literally. It was 12am when we started shooting after being warned by a muncipality official from shooting at our initial location. Me being the control freak took over as we just had one tripod (Note to self: need to allow SJ take over the shoot next time). Even though it was loads of fun and sweat, we didn't end up with very cool shots. I suppose we needed one more person to help us out. Hopefully that'll happen next time.

In the morning you wake up feeling special, by afternoon you feel like the luckiest and happiest person on earth and then by evening you watch it all shatter. Life is a joke, that just keeps getting funnier and the best part is that I'm the one cracking the jokes.

Was given the Canon Legria HF S21 camcorder for a week about a month back to review by tbreak.com. Here's what my conclusion looked like:

"A camcorder not for the lighthearted. It requires a bit of dedication and time to understand it in order to create the best results. A little on the pricier side, it delivers top notch and compelling image quality with serious manual controls that is plain eye candy to anyone with a keen interest in videos. Unfortunately it doesn’t make it onto the recommended list due to the few niggles (battery life, LCD usability) that limited this high on feature HD camcorder."

There are things you firmly believe in. Things that hold you together, make you the person you're proud to be. There was one such thing in my life and last week, I shattered it to pieces. I am now part of the crowd and it feels very cold.

Went for dinner with SJ and WS to 'Red tomato pizza' restaurant and had 'Tortino al Cioccolato' for dessert. The whole meal was surprisingly quite satisfactory....monetary wise as well.

Driving like a maniac and killing yourself is fine in my opinion cause in the end you die because of your own mistake, but when you manage to kill someone else while escaping it all alive, that deserves punishment.

Gave SJ a challenge to take a similar shot with my Canon 7D while I did some low light testing for the Samsung NX10. Ended up joining her and taken this cool shot. Irrespective of how much I dislike this camera, this shot made me believe that it might in fact be good for something.

Spotted crabs in Jadaf yet again. Unfortunately I had the Samsung NX10 camera on me and not my 7D though I'm kinda proud of this little camera that managed to snap this shot up with the help of Live View.
