    Good point, though I must say that things are noticably improved from ten years ago. Construction workers in Sharjah were almost never seen in hard hats, and ship ships (flip flops) were the shoe of choice. It was very alarming to see a man dressed like that 10 stories up.

    Thats why you'll see boards that are more graphic than written measures.

    I agree Harsha...but how informative are those boards with graphical depiction....

    Anyway it's just a guideline, that many seem to not follow!!!!
